With competition in the external environment moving people away from beer to coolers, martinis, etc. Labatt’s has decided that one way to maintain its market share is develop a service mentality, as well as the economic advantages of beers vs other types of drinks. Since Labatt’s is a national company, Beer School would ensure that all staff would have a consistent understanding of the organizational approach of service and economy…this would mean that they made decisions, they would first consider how their actions would support the company’s focus
