Ventaja Competitiva

La ventaja competitiva de esta empresa llamada Multi-Servicios, es que el plan se basa en que sea una empresa totalmente responsable social y profesionalmente teniendo una variedad dentro del rubro que no se encuentra en las empresas de este tipo en México.

Al tener una variedad de tres productos dentro de una misma plataforma da esta ventaja competitiva ya que el cliente puede cubrir diferentes necesidades con una misma empresa en la que ya confía y conoce los valores.

Se enfoca en el buen servicio y en la satisfacción del cliente de clase media que no tiene el capital para contratar a un empleado de planta ni tiene el tiempo ya sea por los hijos o el trabajo de hacer estas tareas ellos mismos, y aquí es donde entra Multi-Servicios para cubrir estas necesidades.



La primera forma de distribución que se va a tener va ser creando una alianza con una empresa más grande y ya establecida en el Estado de México llamada Interdomicilio Interlomas. Con esta empresa haremos un convenio en el que contrataremos personal preparado que ellos tienen con la elaboración de un contrato estableciendo también un plan de publicidad para así la empresa se empieza a dar a conocer.


El alcance potencial de esta empresa es muy grande ya que es una parte diaria y cotidiana de la mayoría de la clase media de la zona metropolitana. No se va a empezar tan grande pero hay un gran tamaño, oportunidad y alcance para crecer ya que puede ser un servicio muy solicitado con precios accesibles para gran parte de la población.

This paper integrates the factors of social capital theory; namely, social ties, knowledge self-efficacy, fairness, identification, and openness; with individual motivations to share knowledge; namely, reputation, and enjoy helping; to explain why people share their knowledge on Facebook groups. The models' efficacy was tested using online survey of 237 Facebook groups' members. The model explained 34% of the variance in knowledge sharing behavior where knowledge self efficacy, identification with group, and perceived group openness were found to positively influence knowledge sharing behavior. Contrary to expectations, social ties, perceived group fairness, and individual motivators showed no significant influence on knowledge sharing behavior. It is also of importance to understand how business executives perceive ethical leadership. Corporate leaders regularly face tough situations that require them to make ethical decisions. Therefore, it is important to comprehend what values these executives call upon when faced with these arduous situations. A recent study was carried out on 28 executives in which they were asked to recount a situation where they required resolving an ethical issue (Marsh, 2013). The narratives resulted in the formation of models that explained how the leaders’ perspectives when making ethical decisions and how the corporate executives’ ethical frameworks developed. This study showed that the decisions arrived by the participants were as a result of years of experience and years of deliberate decisions to act ethically (Marsh, 2013). The results of this study concur with the results obtained by McCann & Sweet (2014) whereby learning from multiple experiences seemed to contribute immensely to the decisions that a business leader made.
