Personal responsibility is a key factor in taking charge in my college career. It is the ability to constructively manage the consequences for my own actions, and understanding how to correct or make imperative changes in my life. As responsible person I will have to openly recognize sacrifices that will have to be made in order to meet my obligations to be a successful student. By having self-discipline, staying organized and setting personal goals I can achieve college success.
