Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dine like a Pauper"
It's a well known phrase, and every one of us has heard it but how many of us follow it?
Good morning everyone present here.Today I am going to tell about "Importance of breakfast."
During a busy morning, it's easy to let breakfast fall low in our list of priorities, but taking just a few minutes to have something to eat can really make a difference to your day.
Breakfast provides many benefits to our health and wellbeing
It provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast - that's where its name originates, breaking the fast! Breakfast is important as it restores glucose levels, needed for the brain to function. Many studies have shown eating breakfast can improve memory and concentration levels and it can also make us happier as it can improve mood and lower stress levels.

Apart from providing us with energy, breakfast foods are good sources of important nutrients such as calcium, iron and B vitamins as well as protein and fiber. The body needs these essential nutrients and research shows that if these are missed at breakfast, they are less likely to be compensated for later in the day. Some good and readily available options for breakfast are oatmeal and cornflakes. Fruit and vegetables are good sources of vitamins and minerals so try to include them in your breakfast, whether that can be a banana or glass of fruit juice.
Interestingly, studies show that kids who skip breakfast are tardy and absent from school more often than children who eat breakfast on a regular basis.
The NHS says
"Eating breakfast has long term health benefits. It can reduce obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes."
So, breakfast really is the most important meal of the day
And I REQUEST EVERY ONE TO HAVE BREAKFAST EVERYDAY TO BE HEALTHY BECAUSE A HEALTHY MIND LIVES IN…...

Search and Seizure

...Search and seizure is when a law enforcement/gov. agent looks for evidence in a manner that intrudes into a persons legally protected zone of Privacy. These agents then take possession or control of the property or persons. ( Scheb, 2012) The 4th Amendment puts legal limitations on search and seizure and protects against unlawful search and seizure. The 4th Amendment states: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. The 4th Amendment requires law enforcement officers to get a warrant before conducting search and seizures. In order for the officer to get such warrant he/she must have probable cause. This means that the officer must believe that the search will produce evidence of a crime. (Scheb, 2012) There are a few different types of consent when it comes to search and seizure. Consent to search is when a suspect/ person voluntary allows an officer of the law to search his/her car, home, bag, or whatever it may be. Then there is implied consent, which is when and officer is called to a specific location where a crime has been committed. This is a given that the officer is going to search the area where the crime has been committed. Third Party Consent has in the past and...

...Search Warrants & Probable Cause Dale Langston American Intercontinental University Abstract This paper examines the many factors of search warrants it will examine the process by which a search warrant may be applied for and issued, focusing on the requirements of the Fourth Amendment. This paper will also describe probable cause and the standard by which the cause is fulfilled. In addition, it will describe and discuss at least two forms of searches that do not need a warrant. Also discussed in the study is warrant less searches, if the reasons are compelling, and if all requests require probable cause exists or exceptions. Search Warrants & Probable Cause Search warrants are issued when there is probable cause and it needs one. If a police officer was to walk into your household and search it without consent or a search warrant, they not only get into trouble, but what they might find could be thrown out at the hearing and does not count against you. Occasionally there are even searches that will not involve a search warrant which means whatever they do discovery can become trouble for you as well as can be used alongside you in court. Under the Fourth Amendment, to law enforcement or anyone else in this field, individuals need be safe in their households and in their individuals against arbitrary searches and seizures (Schmalleger, 2012). Fourth Amendment states: "The right of the people to have protection of their persons, houses, papers, and effects...

Search Engine

...Functions of Internet Search Engines A search engine is a computer software, that is continually modified to avail of the lastest technologies in order to provide improved search results. Each search engine does the same functions of collecting, organizing, indexing and serving results in its own unique ways, thus employing various algorithms and techniques, which are their trade secrets. In short, the functions of a search engine can be categorized into the following: 1. Crawling the internet for web content. 2. Indexing the web content. 3. Storing the website contents. 4. Search algorithms and results. Crawling and Spidering the Web Crawling is the method of following links on the web to different websites, and gathering the contents of these websites for storage in the search engines databases. Crawling the internet can start afresh (starting with a popular website containing lots of links, such as Yahoo) or from existing older indexes of websites. The crawler (also known as a web robot or a web spider) is a software program that can download web content (web pages, images, documents and other files), and then follow hyper-links within these web contents to download the linked contents. The linked contents can be on the same site or on a different website. The crawling continues until it finds a logical stop, such as a dead end with no external links or reaching the set number of levels inside the website's link structure. If a website is not......

Search and Seizure

...Search and Seizure Louisa Barnes CJ333: Constitutional Law March 16, 2014 Erin Shriver SEARCH AND SEIZURE Constitutional Search The high school students were throwing a party that created so much noise that a noise complaint was lodged with the police by a neighbor. This gave the police the right to enter onto the property to investigate the complaint. Once they arrived at the residence and started talking to the party goers they smelled marijuana on the individuals. Because of the reasonable suspicion and probable cause that criminal activity was taking place they had a right to search the premises. This is found in the Fourth Amendment under Probable Cause and Reasonable Suspicion (Farlex, Inc., 2014).To protect evidence from being destroyed they also had a need for the search of the premises. To protect themselves as well as possible evidence they were also permitted to frisk the individuals that were out on the porch of the house. This exercise is permitted when they have reasonable suspicion that a criminal activity is taking place (Daniel E. Hall, 2012, pp. 509-510). While frisking the individuals a bag of marijuana was found. This led the police officers to then call for backup for searching the house before evidence inside the property could be destroyed before a warrant could be obtained. While waiting on the backup they proceeded to search the remaining individuals inside the home, again to keep themselves safe. Drugs are a type of evidence that can......

Social Search

...Social Search New Media is changing how we search - by Karan, Nalini, Shrawan, Suby SOCIAL SEARCH New Media is redefining how we search By Karan, Nalini, Shrawan, Suby What is Social Network? A social network is a social structure made up of individuals (or organizations) called "nodes", which are tied (connected) by one or more specific types of interdependency, such as friendship, kinship, common interest, financial exchange, dislike, sexual relationships, or relationships of beliefs, knowledge or prestige. What is Social Search? If one saw a play last month, naturally his friends would ask of it. The answers may give short shrift to the true awful aspects of it — the incoherent plot, the songs not looking like the original — and emphasize the truly cool aspects of the acrobatics and the set design. Therefore for the friends wondering to the play, whose opinion on the play should affect more? The Google search engine was implicitly built on the premise that the view of The Art critic should prevail. An analysis of the link structure of the web would reveal the Times as a popular destination. When the critic weighed in, many others would link to his review. Numerous other “signals” — clues that may indicate increased relevancy of a given site for a given query — also would boost that review’s presence in search results. But others argue that in the real world, people are influenced by their friends and contacts, and Google’s historic approach is lacking. The...

...LEGAL MEMORANDUM 02-264 TO: ALL JUSTICES OF THE PEACE FROM: PATRICIA W. GRIFFIN CHIEF MAGISTRATE RE: NIGHTTIME SEARCH WARRANTS DATE: APRIL 30, 2002 ________________________________________________________________________ The subject of nighttime search warrants was discussed by Chief Magistrate Barron in some detail in Legal Memorandum 80-5, “Search Warrants; A Review” (July 10, 1980) at 7-9; Legal Memorandum 80-5 (4th Supplement) (December 1, 1987). However, since that time, there has been a considerable amount of caselaw concerning such warrants, so that this is an appropriate time to review the current law regarding the issuance of nighttime search warrants. What is a nighttime search warrant? A nighttime search warrant is a warrant that expressly authorizes a search of a residence during the nighttime. To issue such a warrant the judge should not only find the normal probable cause to issue a search warrant, the judge should also be satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the issuance of the warrant for the nighttime is necessary in order to prevent the escape or removal of the person or thing to be searched for. The requirement for a special nighttime search warrant is contained in 11 Del.C. § 2308 that states: A search warrant shall not authorize the person executing it to search any dwelling house in the nighttime unless the judge, justice of the peace or magistrate is satisfied that it is necessary in order to......

Similarly, insurance companies are developing their underwriting rules so that they can manage the covered population better. In this article, we have a look at the most common benefits that are currently being offered, explored and developed in India. As the search and retention of talent becomes more prominent, it is expected that companies follow the lead of their global counterparts and implement tools and strategies developed by the head office, as they are tried and tested. However, India is a unique puzzle which has its own peculiarities; there is a huge variation in population demographics, their understanding of the world around them and their expectation levels. In the major metro areas where there are global influences and increased awareness, more individuals are starting to understand the responsibility associated with defined contribution plans, which may be DC-based retirement plan systems such as the National Pension Scheme or the health saving account mechanism currently...

Search Patterns

...Search Patterns When a crime has been committed and investigators need to search for evidence, there are different search patterns that investigators can choose from. These search patterns include spiral, line, zone, and grid (Siegel & Mirakovits, 2013). Depending on the crime scene, the investigator will choose from one of these search patterns that will best utilize the search for evidence. When an investigating team needs to search for evidence in a field where the field is overgrown, a grid search is a good search to utilize. When a field is overgrown, the searches may have to crawl on their hands and knees to locate any evidence and perform a thorough search. A grid line search consists of searchers following a line pattern and then following another line pattern that is perpendicular to the first line pattern (Lee, Palmbach, & Miller, 2001). The grid search pattern is a good search to utilize because it allows two different searchers, or the same searcher, to search the same area twice. Therefore, the searchers a more likely not to miss any evidence that needs to be collected. A con to the grid line search is that it is very time consuming and if the boundaries to be searched are not well established, than the search will not be very thorough (Lee, Palmbach, & Miller, 2001). The grid line search was chosen for this scenario because a thorough search can be accomplished by having two different searchers look over the same area. If one......

Search and Seizures

...Checkpoint Search and Seizure Searches and seizures in cyberspace When talking about the nature pertaining to cyberspace this has caused the fourth Amendment rights pertaining to illegal or unreasonable searches and seizures to be reviewed numerous times against new technology. In cases of illegal activity on a computer a special tasks force was designed in order to scan information sent to and from networks. The special tasks forces are able to intercept information that contains illegal activity. When illegal activity is detected then an IP address from the computer is recorded along with the information, time of transferred files and location of the computer(s) that information was sent off of. This is what happened in the case of John Wellman. Mr. Wellman was accused of possessing electronic images of child pornography. In cases such as this it can be argued by the accused that investigators do not have probable cause to obtain a search warrant. In cases involving cyberspace if information is found to be illegal activity then it can be a search and a seizure of and for such property and the individual. Searches by off duty officers Searches that are conduct when the officer is off duty is considered a government search in most cases. Search and Warrants

...Search and Warrants To discuss the stipulations of search and warrants, one will look at the past to see the beginning of those procedures. The Fourth Amendment is the bases for the search and seizure for it states simply this, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable search and seizure… And no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly the place it be searched, and persons or things to be seized.” (Constitution of the United States of America) (Whitebread & slobogin, 2008) When looking back we see that the Amendments are set in place to protect the people and give them certain rights to. The Amendments are or are not followed by the letter, yet in some instances they also can cause conflict of for example we can look at the different insistences in history that this procedure has been altered because of the laws itself. “In the case of Boyd v. United States in 1886; the court contented that the papers obtained through a subpoena should be excluded because it would cause the witness to be witness against himself...meaning of the Fifth Amendment.” (Whitebread & slobogin, 2008) This is totally ridiculous because our fore fathers should have reread the Constitution to make sure that one Constitution law did not interfere with the other Constitution laws. How can law enforcers be effective and sure when they have to constantly be on guard......

Website Search

...Websites Search Websites are used to find certain information on specific topics. Within my search, I found several websites that described Citigroup plans and effect. These websites discussed Citigroup's stock dividends, stock splits, reverse splits, and the effects on per-share calculations. This information can be found on several different URL's. Stock dividends are additional shares that are issued to existing shareholders of a particular company. Stock dividends do not involve cash and reduces the retained earnings account. Stock split increases the shareholders number of shares by lowering the market price of the shares. Lowering the market price also make the shares more affordable to investors. With stock split, a shareholder's total market value remains the same, but the share price decreases. The opposite of stock split is the reverse stock split. The reverse stock split reduces the number of outstanding shares and increases its earnings per share. A company is usually in financial trouble when there stock is reverse split. (Fraser & Ormiston, pp. 103-104, 2007). The action that a company takes can have an effect on the stock share price in the market. Earnings per share (EPS) are important in calculating the price-to-earnings valuation ratio and determining the share's price. The EPS is calculated by dividing net earnings by the number of outstanding shares. There are a number of reasons a company may opt for stock dividends, stock split......
