Apple is a company that does things what appears to be the right way. Their products are brilliant! They are advanced and highly adored by many. There is a certain loyalty to their products that make them appear to be almost a cult. They thrive on simplicity of use and user experience. This is exactly what happen when you log onto their website. The experience is simple and enjoyable.

Critique of Apple’s website First and foremost, I must admit, I am an Apple enthusiast. I adore their products and use them everyday. As a matter of fact, I am typing this assignment on my MacBook. However, this is not the reason I picked their website for this assignment. I picked it because it is well designed and easy to navigate. The following paragraphs are my critique of Apple’s website.

Which of the six design principles do you see being utilized in this website? Provide examples.

In my honest observation and opinion, Apple’s website follows the six design principles. The website is very anesthetic. The website uses a mostly white background that allows the content to be visible and appealing. The content is well laid out on the website and does not intrude with each other on the webpage. User experience is very high. This is usually what Apple thrives on, user experience. Anyone regardless if they are new to Apple products or are avid user such as myself, will be able to navigate through the website with ease. You can anticipate what will happen next when you click on anything within the website.

What are some changes that could be made to the design of the website to better incorporate the six design principles?

There really is not much that needs to change within Apple’s website. Everything about the website follows the…...

...There are 3 kinds of loops—for loop, while loop, and do while loop. Under which circumstances would each kind of loop be more appropriate? Explain your answers using specific examples. For loop- The for loop is best used when the number of iterations is known. The for loop is best used to repeat the loop a fixed number of times. The Boolean-expression is tested at the beginning of the loop. The for loop has the form: for (initialization; Boolean-expression; increment) {nested statements }. A for loop can be used to show every number divisible by 3 between 1 and 60. For (int num=0; num , 60; num++) { If (num % 3 == 0) { System.out.println( “#: “ + dex); } } While loop- While loops are best used when the exiting condition has nothing to do with the number of loops. The While loop tests the Boolean-expression at the beginning of the loop. It is in the form : While (Boolean-expression) { nested statements} The while loop can be used to prompt the user until the exit variable (any negative number) is entered. while ( input > 0) { System.out.println(“Please enter number. Enter negative number to exit.”) } Do while loop- It is best to use the do while loop when the iteration must be executed at least once. The do while loop tests the Boolean-expression at the end of the loop. It has the form: do { nested statements } while (Boolean-expression); The do while loop can be used to show the same message multiple times. int tries = 3; int count = 1; ...

...BSA310 Week 3 Supporting Activity With the topic of accounting and finance it is important for business owners to know and understand the value of properly accounting for their cash flow, assets, and liability. This is especially true for new business owners who are just getting started. Accounting is one of the most important functions of a business because if done right the company will do fine and grow, but if done wrong or poorly, then the company will be in a virtual tailspin that will send the company out of business or even into bankruptcy. With accounting being such an important entity there are many options for an owner to choose from when it comes to accounting. Most options nowadays are accounting software applications of some kind, either web-based or stand-alone. However, some small businesses are still doing hard copy paper accounting, which is much more difficult in this day in age. Owner’s Equity One of the first concepts a new owner must understand is how he can determine his owner’s equity. This is a pretty simple business equation that can be best explained to be like the hands of justice, where they always need to be balanced. What happens on one end needs to happen on the other end to stay balanced. The equation is simply assets=liability+owners equity. This equation tells the owner where the company stands. The assets are what the company physically owns like work trucks and how much product. Where the liability is how much the company owes to......

...and employee data files, assurance must be given to the privacy and confidentiality of data records. Internet-based employers who deal with human resource information must take the possibility of attacks seriously. Many of the security breaches, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), have come from within the organization. Riordan must decide who will have access to data and how much access each employee is provided. According to the FBI.gov (2013) website, companies can enhance security of data by doing a few things. First, use screening processes to select new employees, with through background checks. Second, educate and regularly train employees on security protocols and routinely monitor computers for suspicious activity. And third, ensure that confidential data is protected, and ensure that all security personnel have the tools they need. Conclusion Reference Page Dennis, A., Wixom, B. H., & Roth, R. M. (2014). This stage can be separated into six phases; coding, testing, installation, documentation, training, and support. Each of these phases in crucial to the success of subsequent phases therefore Riordan must pay special attention to each. * Coding- during the creation of this new system for Riordan all programmers must pay special attention to all desired features and functions so that in latter phases errors can be kept at a minimum. The goal of this phase is to create the actually processes of the new system's design within the software. * Testing- In the testing phase all system components are tested at multiple integration levels of the new system to verify the functionality and completeness of the system. Systems requirements are traced throughout the testing phase to identify variances from specifications and requirements. This phase requires user acceptance testing and is an important factor in ensuring that the system satisfies its intended use and meets user needs. Both Alpha and Beta testing will be conducted to thoroughly vet the new system. * Installation- The installation phase will consist of the old Human Resource system being removed or...
